Homeof the original Cacio Pepe!

Pecorino serves the most authentic and legendary
Cacio e Pepe.

Hand-rolled chitarra pasta, fresh-as-can-be. Just cut from the dough and boiled for a decadent texture. Chef’s artist hands lower them into a melty, hollowed wheel of Pecorino cheese. The pasta rolls about the velvety wheel, absorbing every bit of the rustic, full-bodied flavor that Pecorino is known for. Chef grinds fresh black pepper to complete the dish.

The Cacio e Pepe, originally created to feed hungry Roman shepherds, has claimed a warm, melty sweet spot in the hearts of all who discover it. Simple, yet utterly unforgettable.

  • Just went here a week or so ago with some colleagues after work. I was impressed. Everything I ate was amazing. You have to try the Cacio e Pepe. The Parmigiana was also delicious. Service and atmosphere both great as well. I hope to have many more work dinners here.
